We offer training in small groups, never more than 10 learners. It is a friendly, informal environment run by qualified, experienced tutors who have vast experience in teaching and working in accountancy for a number of years and we boast excellent pass rates.
Who is the programme for?
This course provides a practical grounding in accountancy and an introduction to bookkeeping and accounting skills and runs for 6 months – fast track.
Are qualifications required?
No previous qualifications are required but basic literacy and numeracy competence is necessary.
Programme Structure
Foundation level will start to develop skills in double entry bookkeeping and give an understanding of management and administrative processes. Skills gained will include how to use manual and computerised accounting systems and to work with the purchase ledger, sales ledger and general ledger.

Progression to AAT Level 3 Diploma in Accounting.
What will you do in this Programme?
You will develop your knowledge of more complex financial processes, ethics, costing techniques and exended trial balance. The course will run for 10 months.
Are qualifications required?
It is advisable that Level 2 has been completed but there is the option to begin at Level 3 after initial assessment with the Tutor.
Programme Structure
This course develops professional and personal skills which could be used in either industry or accounting practice. Level 3 will give an increased understanding of period and year-end adjustments and the maintenance of cost accounting records.

Who is the programme for?
This course is suitable for anyone who has achieved AAT Level 3 and will run for 12 months
Are qualifications required?
It is advisable that Level 3 has been completed prior to commencing on Level 4.

Level 4 will give an increased understanding of period and year-end adjustments and the maintenance of cost accounting records. There are mandatory units covering more complex costing and financial statements.
